Almonds are the most nutrient-rich nut.

A portion (about 20 almonds, that is two handful) is an excellent source of vitamin E and magnesium, a good source of protein and fiber, offering potassium, phosphorus, iron, monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, and low fat and no cholesterol. It is also a very good source of calcium: a cup of almonds gives us as much calciumas a small slice of feta cheese!
