Inspirer of the idea and the recipes, Pinelopi Katsanikou, a law graduate of AUTh, and MBA in Business Administration from UEL University in London and many years of experience in sales and product advertising, believes that a healthy diet helps us feel healthy and live better.

Collaborator of our team is Taxiarchis Andreas, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with many years of experience in the field of trade.
