MCTs provide quick energy. They are a special form of fatty acids that primarily serve the cells as energy and supply muscles and the brain in particular with easily usable energy at lightning speed. It is processed into ketone bodies in the liver and therefore not only boosts fat burning, but also serves as a kick starter for ketosis.

MCT is the abbreviation for Medium-Chain Triglycerides which means “medium-chain saturated fatty acids” in German. These include caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10).

Our MCT oil consists of these two fatty acids, which works completely without carbohydrates, is perfect for the ketogenic, paleo or low-carb diet and is therefore ideal for your Bulletproff Coffee.

Our MCT oil is tasteless and odorless and is made from 100% coconut oil. That makes our MCT oil something very special.

It has a content of 60% caprylic acid (C8) and 40% capric acid (C10).

Without the addition of additives, colorings or preservatives.

Application:
You can use MCT oil like other edible oils, e.g. for salad dressings and other cold dishes with the extra ketosis boost. It is one of the main ingredients in the famous Bulletproof Coffee or Keto Coffee / Tea. MCT is generally not suitable for frying, as it should not be heated above 120 ° Celsius.

Dosage:
Start with 1 teaspoon per meal and gradually increase the amount until the desired energy level is reached. Overdosing can lead to “resounding success”.
