A buddha bowl is a vegeterian meal, served on a single bowl or high-rimmed plate, which consists of small portions of several foods. Over the years in the Buddha bowl, proteins such as fish & chicken were added.
Put the mix in a saucepan with 650ml water or broth & simmer in a migrated fire until the liquid is completely absorved, for 15 minutes. Stir constantly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pan. Serve warm or cold with the addition of fresh vegetables, fruits & herbs such as avocado, pumpkin, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, pomegranate, carrot, chives, spearmint basil, orange, apple etc. You can add dressing with olive oil, lemon, apple vinegar & optional protein of your choice such as egg, fish & chicken.
