Return/Delivery Policy

1. General

1.1. During the order request, you are required to select the way in which you wish us to send or/and you to receive the products you wish to purchase.

1.2. The order processing is made daily from Monday to Friday 09:00 -17:00. All the orders made on Sundays and/or holidays are processed the next working day. In addition, we do not make deliveries to the courier companies we work with , on national holidays, weekends and/or days when our warehouse is closed, for example because of stock taking.

1.3. On our e-shop you have the option to order presents which can be sent to any recipient you wish, just by filling in the special form with all the necessary details of the recipient, in order for the product to be delivered to them. You can find the form during the completion process of your order.

1.4. The shipment of presents, are under the same delivery policy, which applies for all the orders made on our e-shop on the current website.

1.5. The option for multiple deliveries is not available.

1.6. In case you wish to return faulty products or/and withdraw your order, we kindly ask you to review the Return of Faulty Products Policy and/or the Withdrawal Policy*, the Terms and Conditions of the website and/or contact us directly.

1.7. Alcohol shipping is not supported outside of European Union.

2. Shipment/Delivery Ways and Process

2.1. On our e-shop you have the following options regarding your orders:

 – Shipment to a desirable location, selected by you

 – Delivery from our physical main office, Zosimadon 20 street, Post Code 18531, Piraeus, Attiki

2.2.1. In case you select the delivery of your order to a desirable location, you agree that the shipment is made with the collaborating couriers, namely:

– Courier Center / Acs Courier / DHL Courier, for shipments within Greece

– Kronos Express Courier / DHL Courier, for shipments within Cyprus

– DHL Courier  for international shipments (within & out of the European Union).

2.2.2. Kronos Express Courier Economy deliveries, are shipped by sea only
every Thursday, within five (5) to seven (7) days.

2.3. In case you decide to deliver your order from our physical main office, you agree that it will be made possible only by paying the respective price in the available payment methods as stated in the Payment Policy *, according to the general Terms and Conditions*, of the current Website.

3. Shipment/Delivery Locations

3.1. On our e-shop we provide you with the option of order shipment to Greece, Europe, America, Oceania and selected countries in the rest of the world.

3.2. During the completion of your order, while you are filling in the shipment details, you are required to select from an analytical list of the available countries, the exact location where you wish to send your purchases.

4. Shipment/Delivery Cost

4.1. The overall cost of your purchase, is determined according to the shipment and/or delivery method, you select.

4.2. In case of shipment of your order to a location selected by you, within or out of Greece, the shipment cost will be included in your order request, before the completion and the payment of it, and it will be automatically estimated on the page with the purchase basket based on the following:

 – the selected by your shipment location

– the combination of the elements of volume and  weight of your order

4.3. Shipments to countries which do not belong to the European Union may include customs clearance fees and other relevant fees, and it may be possible to include other charges and/or other fees imposed by the relevant regulation for which our company is not held responsible.

4.4. In case you select delivery form the physical main office of our company there will be no additional fees for the shipment.
