High Protein Pasta Souffle with 4 Ingredients – Recipe
A souffle, but what a souffle!
Very easy, fragrant and super nutritious! It is low in sugars (low sugars), a source of fiber and is rich in protein! We left for the recipe!
Ingredients
• 250g spaghetti chickpea fussili pasta
• 5-6k.s. tomato sauce with basil
• 200g grated mozzarella
• 200g grated parmesan
Execution method:
• Boil the screws in lightly salted water until al dente (about 6-7 ‘)
• Unload the screws in a medium-sized fireproof pan
• Add the tomato-basil sauce, some of the grated cheese and mix well
• Spread the mixture evenly in the pan
• Sprinkle evenly with the other cheeses Bake at 180oC on the heating elements until the cheese melts and looks like a pizza topping (about 25 ‘)
• Serve and consume hot!
