Organic Giant Beans – Ola Bio – 500gr
These giant beans are from the region of Prespa, white in color and stand out from other beans in other regions and other countries in their shape, size, product brightness and of course in their quality.
They are delicate – easy to boil (50 minutes of boiling and 60 minutes of pouring) with a special taste due to the microclimate and the soil composition of the Prespes area.They are cooked in a soup (bean soup) or a pi
az(bean salad). The seed is of local origin and the cultivation is completely traditional.
They have a high nutritional value perfectly in line with the philosophy of the Mediterranean diet. They contain many nutrients and in particular they offer to our organism good biological value proteins without the presence of saturated fat.
They also have starch, B vitamins, magnesium, potassium and other minerals. Their fiber content contributes to improving bowel motility and helps to lower cholesterol, as part of it is dripped into the intestine.
