Rye flakes may not be the most famous whole grain, but they pack a powerful nutritional punch. They come from the kernels or “berries” of the rye plant. They’re made like rolled oats — by steaming, rolling, and drying the rye berries.

Those include many important and well-known in Greece brands, such as PASTA MANIA for pasta, MEGA FOODS for super-foods, EFORI GI for pulses, and finally DIKOKKO for the ancient Greek grain “zeia” and its products(flour-pasta-cookies).

The production of products in our plant is our primary goal and in combination with specialized partners the company produces handmade pasta, nuts and tahini butter as well as nuts and fruit bars. Soon we are producing seed oils, flours and proteins from nuts, jams and spoon sweets.
