Buckwheat flakes are an excellent source of protein. Indicatively, we mention that the 100 g. buckwheat contain 11-14 g. protein. They are rich in B vitamins, especially riboflavin (B2) and niacin (B3), vitamins E and K, and contain many minerals and trace elements (calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, zinc, manganese, selenium and copper). They also provide us with enough fibre, as 100 g. buckwheat contains 10 g. fiber, while it is a food rich in flavonoids, substances with strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.
Buckwheat does not contain gluten, so it can be eaten by those who are intolerant to it (Celiac disease).Buckwheat, due to its high content of fiber and complex carbohydrates, is good for people with high cholesterol, since it helps to reduce it. But it can also be used freely by people with diabetes mellitus, since it stabilizes blood sugar levels.
They can be eaten in a herbal drink of your choice such as almond, coconut, rice or oatmeal or in your yoghurt.

The production of products in our facilities is our primary goal and in combination with specialized partners the company produces for its customers handmade pasta, nut butters and tahini as well as bars with nuts and fruits. Very soon we move on to the production of seed oils, flours and proteins from nuts, jams and spoon sweets.
