A salmon rose that stands out for its excellent condensation and its spark. With elegant aromas of ripe strawberry cherries, tomato leaves and soft spicy notes. Refreshing taste with a noticeable acidity, a delightful fruity character and a long aftertaste. A proposal from the polyvalent Xinomavro, the red variety that excel in the rosé vinification.
