In the heart of the historic Samian vineyard and from organic vineyards, we created in 2018 the Muscat Selection Nature, a dry from the white microcat Muscat of Samos following the principles of the gentle natural vinification of Oenos Nature.
From the vineyard “Akamatis” at 850m. and with a plant age of 60, the must was fermented with native yeast in oak barrels and bottled unfiltered a year later, with light sulfation to express the variety’s aromatic purity and terroir mineral acidity. The bottling of 2019 gave only 1,800 bottles with a number that bears every label for this rare gastronomic wine of ours. It is distributed exclusively by Oenos Nature.
