Oenos Nature Vidiano is the second attempt at natural vinification of the Cretan variety by Nikos Zoumberakis from Kali Sykia. The vineyards are certified organic at an altitude of 650 meters. The wine is bottled unfiltered.
Serving Oenos Nature Vidiano in our glass we can see a deep lemon color with golden highlights. Rich aromatic nose of stone fruits such as apricot and soft notes of citrus. In the second background we find spicy elements as well as nuts.
In the mouth the wine is rich with a creamy texture. The taste characteristics closely follow the aromas of the nose with accentuated acidity. Aftertaste with hints of minerality.
